                        Vanilla Ginger & Lime Spritz
            Ingredients for 2-3 Servings

    2 cupswater (Divided)
- 
    1 1/2 cupssugar (Divided)
- 
    1 cupfreshly grated ginger
- 
    2 tspvanilla extract
- 
    2 tbspzested lime
- 
    1 cuplime juice
- 
    2 cupschilled club soda

Method
-             Bring 1 c. water, ¾ c. sugar, ginger, & vanilla to a simmer & cook for five minutes on medium high heat.
-             Once thickened, let the syrup coo, then strain into a large pitcher.
-             Bring 1 c. water, ¾ c. sugar, and zested lime to a simmer & cook for five minutes on medium high heat.
-             Once thickened, let the syrup cool, then add to the large pitcher. Stir to combine.
-             Add fresh lime juice, chilled club soda, and ice to the pitcher. Serve cold.
