            Ingredients for 6 Servings

    12Eggs
- 
    1/2 cupMilk
- 
    1 packageEnglish muffins
- 
    6Sausage patties
- 
    6 slicesAmerican cheese
- 
    Salt and pepper to taste

Method
-             Cook bacon and sausage according to package directions. Let cool fully on paper towels to soak up extra grease.
-             Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and grease a medium baking dish.
-             Beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until smooth.
-             Transfer the egg mixture to the baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until firm with no wobbling from the center of the pan.
-             Remove from oven, and once cool, use a glass to cut out egg patty shapes (you can also use a knife and cut out squares).
-             Butter each side of an English muffin, then layer in the egg patty, meat of your choice, and American cheese.
-             Wrap tightly in parchment paper and freeze up to 7 days.
-             To reheat, unwrap and warm for 60 seconds on medium-high heat in the microwave.
